Payment policy:

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your extra nights booked not covered by Check Point is requested to secure your hotel booking.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation you are committed to the 100% of the cost paid for the extra nights booked. No reduction of stay or partial cancellation is allowed wihtout 100% cancellation fees.

Name change is not allowed. Each reservation belongs to the profile guest and there is no possibility to be transferred.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address:

Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company.

Payment policy:

By November 10th 2025, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By November 27th 2025: An additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 70% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

By December 23rd 2025: An additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 90% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

By January 20th 2026: An additional 10% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

Failure to pay any deposit will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From January 21st 2026 any additional room night requested must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation to November 18th 2025: 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From November 19th 2025 to December 02nd 2025: 30% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From December 03rd 2025 to December 30th 2025: 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From December 31st 2025 to January 20th 2026: 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From January 21st 2026: 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
